Sam Davis, traded as the Hassocks & Hurst Auto Centre based in Hurstpeirpoint high street for some years. The opportunity arose to take over the current, larger, better located and equipped premises in Victoria Industrial Estate, Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex after the former owner passed away in 2016.
The change of location obviously required a business name change and thus Albion Garages Limited was born.
Around the same time, Sam joined forces with his brother Ben, also a highly skilled main dealer trained technician with 25 years experience! Including Jeep, Vauxhall, Dodge, Lotus, Toyota & Lexus.
Unfortunately the deceased previous owner of the building had gained a truly horrendous reputation. This was certainly not helped by the fact he had traded with so many different business names, from the same building over the years.
Many people are thus under the simple misapprehension that Albion is just another rebranding exercise by the previous owner, which of course couldn’t be further from the truth.
Sam says he’s looking to form a lasting relationship with his customers and isn’t interested in replicating or perpetuating the despicable antics of the buildings sordid past owner/tenant.
Albion is proud to offer a 12-month warranty on all their work. The team wouldn’t dream of carrying out any work until it has been fully explained to the vehicle owner, an estimate given and approved.
